Shipping and Delivery

We offer the international parcel shipments.

Delivery times depends on the type of delivery selected.

Standard Home Delivery: 10 - 15 working days needed, shipping costs from $35.

Due to different local delivery rules, in some countries or regions this time period will be longer, about 25-30 working days in total. Russia for example.

These deadlines are approximate.

During sales or promotion periods and special campaigns, deliveries could have a delay. Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as the unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area.

Customs/VAT charges

For countries and regions outside of Mainland China you may be asked to pay customs import Tax or VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office.

Nerhi Studio will not refund these charges.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.

Exchanges and Returns

1. Exchange or return deadline is 7 days from the shipment confirmation date. The item must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt). You bear the cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss.

2. Exchange or return deadline is 15 days from the shipment confirmation date if the item has any defects under normal wear. Contact Studio for a refund or exchange of the same item. Studio bear the cost of both shipping.

3. Free repair is available in the stores or by deliveries within 1 year from the shipment confirmation date if the item has any defects under normal wear. You bear the cost of both shipping.

4. The damage caused by human factors or force majeure and the natural depreciation of item are not included in the free-repair situation.

5. Nerhi Studio reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the items are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
